Bay Area get-together on Feb. 2nd to welcome 施琇惠 (with son) back from the India trip visiting the Bodhi Tree (菩提樹) under which Shakyamuni attained enlightenment. It is at the Mahabodhi Temple of Bohd Gaya. Bohdi means enlightenment in Sanskrit.

It's one year again, I wish all of you have a wonderful and happy New Year
of 2007.
I would like to say thanks to Ker -Li and George to share so many photos
and beautiful Chinese poems to us this year. Wee-yong, you have spent so
much time to arrange and edit the photos and DVD for us, I might not return
your e-mails every time but I did read and enjoy all of them. I am very
appreciated for what you have done for the classmates. Attached are photos
I took at home around Christmas. May God bless all of you and your families

Dear Wee-yong,
I admired your diligence in search of the authentic truth about historical document of Mao Zedong. Unfortunately I don't have much reading and understanding of him to give my comments.
I have devoted most of my time and energy to Tzu Chi (慈濟) in charity and humanity missions. Recently just involved as exhibit guide for the Journey to the West on Silk Road in NJ and the United Nations.
Again, time flies. It is time to celebrate a nice ending of 2006 and welcome 2007. I wish all and each of you a great and joyful holiday season.

Dear Old Friends:
Best wishes all of you a wonderful year of 2007. It was great to get together with so many old friends in Ker-Li's home in mid December. Hopefully, we will have more chance to see each other in the year of 2007.

It's a nice story about professor Wang. Don't remember who is Lin tho. I went back to Taiwan for our high school 40-year reunion, and met some Shi-da friends too. I had a great time. Happy New Year to all.

Kudos to Wen-jung and Wee-yong for doing such a great job to put together a great album for us to treasure. Also my thanks to all who contribute photos to make this album fun and interesting to browse and enjoy.
2007 has been a grateful and eventful year to the Chus, our family trip to Taiwan, numerous trips between NJ and VA, visits to Ben (son) and Monica (daughter-in-law) in Ann Arbor, MI, and to 林淳's family there, and Yen-hwa's visit to us in NJ. My family looks forward to a more fun and fulfilling 2008. Edward (my husband) plans to retire at 58 (3 years after me). Ben is to complete his 5-year residence in 6/08 and to start his 1-year fellowship with a fine hospital in Richmond, VA specializing in Sports Medicine. Monica will continue her medical science research with the Dept of Pharmacology in the Univ of Michigan, Ann Arbor until 7/08. For me, I am especially grateful and blessed to be more involved with Tzu Chi's charity and continue my passion in financial business. I am hopeful 2008 will be another record breaking year for me.
A heartfelt warm wish from us to you all and your family for a Happy and Healthy holiday season, and more to come in 2008.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May God bless all of you to have a great year of 2008
For this whole year, I have seen so many photos and konwing all the latest status about you and your family. I would like to say thanks to Wee-Yong for his contribution to all of us.We are so lucky to have him to put all the information together for us.
I have attached three latest photos. The first photo was taken in Taipei ETTV station (Don-Sung) this year, from right to left are myself, wife, two daughters, two nieces and nephew. My nephew is the ET news anchor man Lee Da Hwa, one of my nieces also hosted a traveling program in ETTV before. The second and third photos were taken this week with my wife and daughters.
Next year will be a busy year for me in company since Honeywell has been awarded $17 Billion contract from Airbus, In the same time, I am still busy with my church activities. I would like to encourage all of you go to church if possible, especially for those of you have been retired. We all are getting old, we have spent last 40-50 years for a good living and it is time to spend the rest of our life to think about a meaningful life.
